Resident Evil: T-Virus
This week we made the Resident Evil: T-Virus vial by Ecogeeco.
This fictional “Tyrant Virus” was engineered by the Umbrella corporation in the game and movie franchise Resident Evil.
The virus was developed for the US military and triggers violent genetic mutations in the effected, essentially turning them into zombies.
T-Virus 3D model is finished, we just need to find a clear plastic tube to go around the outside of the virus spiral.
We found a small blue LED light and thought it would look awesome, it didn’t disappoint!!
The model was a pleasure to print and was printable in two print jobs, The Virus spiral in dark blue pla and then the top and bottom caps together in a silver pla.
The spiral took approx 3 hours to print and both caps together took just over 2 hours and took little effort to remove the supports and raft.
